I ordered online, and then emailed to cancel my order the same day.
I was emailed back to say that my order could not be cancelled yet, as my application was being processed.
I was then emailed to say that my application was accepted, to which I immediately replied - please CANCEL my order!
24studio then got back to me saying that it was too late to cancel my order as the items were personalised (ie. they were going to be engraved items)
So in a nutshell , I was told it was too early to cancel , and then too late to cancel.
I have been invoiced for the items.
I do a lot of online shopping, but I will not be shopping here again.
Same story as everyone here, ordered beanbag via groupon in November. No sightings of said beanbag.
Groupon have this week refunded me my £39.
I now need Infurn to refund me the £12.95 I paid them on 16th November 2011 for postage and packaging of imaginary beanbag.........
