Placed an order on 16th December to be delivered to two elderly ladies in Australia on 21st December costing me over £120. They were delivered on 17th December (why did they ask me for a delivery date then?) and they were dead by the 21st. I have used other companies to deliver flowers to Australia and usually get about 7-10 days life out of the flowers - 3 days at £63 each is ridiculous. There online customer services refuse to help as I don't have photographic evidence of the flowers which I cannot get. As one of the deliveries was to my mother - I don't think she would lie about something like this.
Don't use this company - go somewhere else.

Have had some very good experiences with Amazon with amazingly fast deliveries, and had some bad. Slow delivery plus something not arriving at all from an amazon connected supplier. Amazon did refund the money eventually though.
Didn't know for sure what watch battery type I needed but thanks to description online was able to work it out. After ordering, the battery was delivered within two working days. Brilliant service - will definitely use again.
