I am just leaving this review to show my appreciation for the help I received from Sonia Harris who has the unfortunate job of having to deal with the backlash that the company INFURN has caused with their lack of customer service.
A couple of weeks ago I left a review of Infurn on this website because like most other people on here, I'd ordered theBig Boy XXL Beanbag using the £40 promotional voucher from Groupon. I placed my order on 7th Nov and was told it would take 6 weeks for delivery. When I left my review 2 weeks ago, I still hadn't received my order and every time I phoned I got a recorded message telling me to email the company and every time I emailed the company, if I was lucky enough to recieve a reply, I got a generic email telling me about the unexpected high demand for the beanbag was to blame for the delay.
This Tuesday (27th March) I received a phone call from Sonia Harris, explaining that she had saw my review and she was now dealing with all customer service issues that Infurn had. She gave me a phone number where I could contact her directly if I had to (at last I had a real person on the phone) and she assured me I would have my beanbag by Monday 2nd of April. When I came off the phone I felt more reassured than I had done since I started dealing with this company but I was still sceptical about whether I would actually receive my order as it had been going on for so long.
Yesterday, (Thursday 29th March) I got my beanbag 4 days earlier than Sonia had said! I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product and my daughter is really happy to get her Christmas present. So I just want to say a big thank you to Sonia Harris for her help and I only wish it had been her who was dealing with Infurn customer service from the start as I don't think there would have been as many customers having such an unpleasant experience with this company.
