I bought a sub standard Ben 10 camera for my son and when i realised how poor the quality was , i tried to return it. They said i could not because i had had it longer then 28 days, - i had bought it in advance of his birthday and then it was a week before we actually tried to use it. I then tried to return it as faulty but they insist that i need to send it recorded delivery , at my expense , and if (i think it will be when) they find it not faulty, they then insist that i have to go and fetch it within 5 days.
Stay away from Lambda-tek. If your product is sub standard or faulty, you'll never get a return/refund. They 'll make sure of that- they talk in riddles - go with a decent company , not them.
