I live in the States, but my mum-in-law is in the UK. First, in the US, we celebrate mother's day in May, so I can't just pop out and get her a card and put it in the post. My only option is to send her flowers....or nothing, but boy was that a mistake! My husband and I have sent her cut flowers in the past, and she's always been pleased with the arrangements that she's received, but she always was sad that they were gone in a week. So, this year, we decided to get her a flowering plant. I shopped several online sites instead of using the company that I used in the past. I must say that I was terribly pleased at the less expensive delivery charges...I'll definitely keep ordering from this and other UK based florists in the future! The web interface on the site didn't lead me in circles, like another site did, and Mum gave us top marks for the small flowering plant that we sent. I have no complaints...except that I couldn't have the plant delivered on the Sunday of Mothering Sunday, and that I didn't find this site in the past.
