My card arrived too late for the occasion, they responded eventually but I wasn't treated as if it was out of the ordinary and I felt I was being fobbed off when they blamed the postal system for the problem. If they communicated as if they cared for their customers rather than jumping down the customers throats for conveying their anger of their shoddy service then perhaps they may hold on to their customers, the customer is always right!
The bad word will spread eventually, you mark my words!
