First time had a bit of a problem

We have been using black circles for a number of years now, unfortunately this time our tyres were to be delivered to the garage on a saturday, my wife turned up for them to be fitted to find they had been delayed. To be fair black circles left a message on our land line and sent an email, unfortunately we do not check these every day so we didnt know. they did arrive on the monday as promised so all well in the end.
These things happen so not to unhappy. have now left a mobile number with them to contact in future if required
