I paid for my order on 15/11, I've now been waiting for delivery for over a month, I've sent several chasing emails over the past 3 weeks and had several LAME replies from OneClick stating that they themselves are awaiting delivery, although the items were (and still are) showing as 'in stock at depot' when I placed my order. In the last email reply received on 06/12, OneClick stated that part of my order would be dispatched that day and a refund could be issued for the remaining items (OneClick online tracking also shows status of part order dispatched on 06/12) I replied stating I'd request a refund if my order was still not received by the following week as I really needed the items I ordered !! I emailed yet again on 13/12 as I hadn't received the items that were supposedly dispatched on 06/12 and no further update regarding delivery of the rest of my order, so I requested the refund. I'd been receiving responses to my emails the same or next day, but needless to say I've not yet had any response to my email and refund request sent on 13/12 to: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com - so I've filed a dispute direct with Paypal, I'll be escalating it asap. I've never had to wait so long for ANY internet order in the 10 years that I've been shopping online. TIMEWASTERS - POSSIBLE SCAM OR BANKRUPT ?! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY FROM THEM. GO SEARCH WEB FOR 'ONECLICK REFUND' AND READ THE COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS. (Edit: To add insult to injury, after posting this review I received a blank 'happy birthday' email from the one and only OneCRAP ~ they sure know how to keep their customers happy.)
