Fast, courteous, excellent service - great product.

I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were delivered to the wrong address. Nature Shop responded very promptly when I reported that they had not arrived and despatched another pair for next day delivery. Unfortunately the size I had ordered did not fit so I returned them hassle free with the pre-paid returns label and emailed to request that another size was delivered to me at a different address. These were again despatched next day to the new address without a problem. The shoes are great and I'm really happy with the service - Thank you.
