I've always been a fan of dahlias, but have never bought the tubers on-line before(I like to see them sprouting before I dip my hand in my pocket). However, of the five tubers I bought from Garden4less, I'm pleased to say that all five not only sprouted, but have turned into healthy plants as well.
The colours shown on-line/the packet are close to how the actual flowers turn out, which is no more than I'd expect anyway.
Service was excellent as I recall and so was the firm's communications. Would definitely use them again.
Ok, so my Pedros chain keeper wasnt in stock but then again I wasnt in a hurry for it. Wiggle were fairly close in their assessment that I'd get it in a fortnight and it duly arrived well packaged in a box containing a few freebies as well. As usual, more than happy with Wiggle's postal service and their communication. I would also add that they dont take the funds out of your account until they dispatch it -another plus in my mind.
True customer service isnt necessarily getting the goods perfect from the off, it's also when there's a problem, the firm make sure that either the goods are replaced or you get a refund( and in the quickest possible turn-around time with no quibbling). Sport & Speed were offering a cycle helmet I fancied & also the best deal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that part of the decals were pealing away. A quick telephone call saw both my return postage refunded and a replacement item sent onto me. I returned it on a Thursday & received the replacement item on the Monday -excellent service in my book. Would definately use them again.
Picked up a couple of cycle lights which might not have been my light of choice, but 50% off in these hard times is a good head-turner. Glad I chose them though as they are excellent. And so was the service. Easy website purchasing at it's best and first class Royal Mail delivery, meant I received both lights within 2 working days of ordering them on both occasions(I ordered them separately). Would definately use the company again.
Well I ordered a cycle computer and rather appropriately, it came at top speed. Often a 'free service' involves delivery by pack-mule(eventually). However, I was pleasantly surprised to get my goods within a couple of days and although I had to pick it up from the local sorting office, I was out at the time and letter boxes are designed for letters funnily enough not parcels.
Had a great price too some £8 cheaper than I could get the model locally. Would definately use them again.
When I was looking for a bike to replace 2 I'd had stolen, price was a big factor in my choice. Paul's didnt have a wonderful rating but their deals immediately caught my attention.
I ended up buying a bike from them I wasnt looking for because I thought I'd never afford one(with me so far?). This was all down to Paul's incredibly good deals. It ended up being almost £600 cheaper than most other stockists and a full 300 quid cheaper than the bike I actually wanted. So thanks to Pauls, I now have a bike I didnt want(but am chuffed!). Staff were fine when I spoke to them and even gave me the 2012 model because the 2011 was out of stock after a little telephone call-oh, and for the same price.Communication therefore was great and delivery -well, I ordered it 7.15am one morning and it arrived just after lunch the next(and no, I hadnt asked for next day delivery). Bike was expertly packed and arrived in A1 condition. Cant wait for my first spin! Thanks guys.
It's the first time I've used this company and although I'm not often in the market for energy supplements, I'd certainly use this company again. I got the right product, at the right price and got it when they said I'd receive it -difficult to improve on that service isnt it?
It's always difficult purchasing a high value purchase off the internet especially when the potential seller is unknown and living on the otherside of the country. The HPI check gave me the confidence to make the trip and I cant fault the vehicle I bought.
