I originally found the website on Google shopping when looking for a new xbox360 controller. The website was the cheapest so I bought it from there based on google shopping's 4 star review rating. The item came through the post on the Thursday after ordering on the Monday. After using it for a while, I realized that it was a fake based on signs such as: wrong hologram image, etc. I Sent the company a message to ask for a refund with several reasons in the message stating this. They replied 3 days later with a message saying I could send it back for refund. They also included a print-off return label with pre-paid postage in the email. I sent it back with the order number and my address inside the package because they said they needed this (I assume for verification). I haven't heard from them since, and this happened in the middle of JANUARY! I've sent them messages recently to ask about the refund, but I've had no reply as if they're just ignoring me to keep the money and item which means they've stolen from me. The item was only about £20 so I don't think a legal dispute would be needed, but I will still be trying to contact them to get a resolution to the issue.
