Mine is the same story as everybody else,

I ordered the Big Boy Bean Bag (which it actually turns out it isn't the original Big Boy as advertised but a knock off!)

I ordered it back in November 2011, I heard nothing, I tried contacting them to know where it was as it was a Christmas present but nobody contacted me back.

Eventually I got a generic response saying shipping had been postponed and here's a £40 voucher, but I can assure you I will not be using their service again and will be actively telling everybody I know to steer clear.

Anyway - You all know the story so I needn't go on.

Groupon have refunded me the original costs as the replacement bean bag they found was not suitable for my needs. They have apologised profuseley and actually seem really very embarrassed to have been involved with infurn as a company, rightly so!

I was told that infurn will automatically refund my shipping costs by the 14th March. Well it’s now the 25th March and not surprisingly infurn have not refunded me my money, and are also uncontactable.

This company is absolutely appalling and I think it’s about time trading standards got involved.

They are thieves and it makes me so angry that they are allowed to get away with it.

I wish there was an option to give minus stars as they certainly don't deserve even 1!

I'd be interested to know how many of these reviews they've actually got back to, but they're probably just burying their heads in the sand regarding these too.
