My order arrived with an item missing despite being charged for it, plus one of the items stunk of sweat.
I contacted customer services who offered to send the missing item out to me, I also requested they exchange the smelly item for something else, I had no response to this email whatsoever.
I received a partial refund but this didn't add up to the full amount of the items I had returned. I sent a further email asking them to cancel my order altogether and refund all my money but as yet have not received a response to this either. There is no phone number to contact them so everything has to be done via email.
Extremely poor service, I will not be shopping with them ever again.
