Five stars for the staff in Carphone Warehouse Victoria Street London. Great advice, very helpful and patient.

Call Centre Service leaves a lot to be desired
Call centre aren't in touch with the products being offered and I had to instruct them where to look on their own website. Despite my efforts I nearly ended up with two phones neither of which where on the correct tariff.
Tip: Go to Carphone Warehouse and talk to a human being.

Rubbish flowers and no response from customer service
I ordered a bouquet, chocolates and a balloon for my mum. Only the bouquet arrived and it was frankly rubbish. I have complained twice and am still awaiting a response from customer service. Having been a good customer for Christmas and birthday cards I am very disappointed by this shoddy service.
