Thank you for such a superb review lets take a look at the really bad service you got.

1. Order placed
2. less than 12hrs later order shipped

now i can only ship to the address that you enter and request as the delivery address so i print off the invoice and that then becomes the shipping label.

Your order was sent to the address that you requested and all of this done in 12 hrs. I can clearly see why you would think that's bad 12 hrs is such a long time.

Regards being rude i agree the tone of my email has adjusted some what as a result of being inundated with mails from you.

now here is a fact

i shipped to the address that YOU sir entered on my site it really is as simple as that. I will only ship to a address that is requested by YOU the customer.
