I ordered a new wallet from Debenhams, for a christmas present.
After a couple of weeks and having heard nothing from them since the order confirmation I got concerned and tracked my order online.
Not only had the quantity increased from 1 to 2 (I did not request this) but it had also been cancelled without my request or any notification.
As I'm sure you can understand this left me confused and angry. With only an 0844 number on their website (50p per minute from my mobile) I have no intention of contacting them or ordering from them again.
Very dissapointed.
I made a booking for an executive lounge at Manchester airport, on arriving the booking was made in the wrong terminal. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do but if I emailed them once I was back from my holiday I would get a refund. 2 emails and a week later I've still not had a reply, I tried calling and the agent seemed unable to hear me (my phone is working fine) and then hung up and whenever I try to call back I get a message saying all their operators are on calls and I should call back later with the call then terminated.
Thanks god I paid on credit card so I can take up the dispute with them.
I would avoid like this company like the plague, they don't seem to care about customer service at all - any company that did would have issued a refund immediately.
