IT'S A SHAME!!!!!!
The product looked like exactly what I wanted...it's just a shame I never got to see it. Let alone try it!! It was advertised online as a 24 hrs delivery product....ordered on 25 October...told it would be delivered on 1st November...(24Hrs?)....Wife took a days holiday to insure that somebody was home to take in the delivery....courier turned up at 6am(!!)....and, according to my neighbour, he was then too afraid to knock for fear of waking someone up!! Left a note saying 'sorry I missed you'!!
I then had argue to get a 'full' refund as they could not tell me when they could deliver it again.They had the cheek to try to charge me £40 for a missed delivery!!!
Take a bit of advice SportandLeisureUk....change your blasted courier as they are letting you and your customers down. And, by the way, update your website!!

There was absolutely no problems/issues/delays or faults of any kind. Either with the product or service we received from Worktop Express.
We will Definately use this company again......no hesitation.
