Could Hae been better

I ordered. Unreliable small items plus a large item, all set to be delivered next day. The next day, the large item was split from the delivery without m knowledge and delayed an extra day. No biggie but I would have appreciated it either not happening or being warned what to expect.
To their credit the investigated and apologised. Will shop here again as mistakes can happen and they dealt with my concerns promptly
