TravelPharm
Reliable and speedy service
I deal with TravelPharm for Malarial treatments when travelling overseas. Firstly I know they are reliable and will not supply me with illegal or un-licensed drugs. Secondly their prices are very competitive and amongst the cheapest I have seen. Thirdly they are quick. Order on line and have the treatments within a few days. In addition if you have any queries or doubts about your requirements their on-line doctor or nurse will only be too happy to help. All in all an excellent service much to be commended.

Poor customer administration service
TalkTalk provides a good technical service but I can never get any sense out of their administration. I have been with TalkTalk for 1 year now and pay every month by direct debit. After all this time I still cannot view my account on line despite many requests to them.

Excellent Service Throughout
The order was taken over the phone in a friendly and helpful manner. The item was a competitive price. I was told delivery would be free and within 48 hours. Collection, if faulty would be free and prompt. The item was delivered in the time promised and included a pleasant free gift. The item was installed and worked perfectly.
I was very content with the whole purchase experience and will make Keen Gardener my first choice next time I am looking for garden items.
