excellent service at Edinburgh East
Having had a poor experience at Evans Halshaw (poor manners, no introduction, no handshake, very bad customer service, not phoning back when they said they would, and generally wasting my time) I booked an appointment with Steve Truong at WeBuyAnyCar Edinburgh East..
As I'm sure is the case with many people, I was slightly apprehensive having read a few horror stories online. But from the moment of booking the appointment right through until the end of it, Steve was at pains to put me at ease and make the process as easy and transparent as possible.
He phoned me the day before the appointment to make sure that I knew exactly where I was going, and that I had transport in place for getting home. On the day of the appointment he explained exactly how the process worked, allaying any concerns I might have, was courteous throughout, and even filled out my V5 document and road tax refund form for me once I'd agreed to the sale.
All in all it was a good experience and I have already recommended WeBuyAnyCar to friends and family.

excellent overall service
Ordered a North Face jacket which was a very competitive price already (the best price I could find online or in real shops), and it arrived quickly with e-mail updates at every stage of the order (dispatch and delivery).
Overall a good experience, and I would have no hesitation in buying from White & Bishop / e-outdoor again.
