OptiBac Probiotics

Love this !

My one year old has started falling sick quite a lot lately as he has just started nursery ... A mum recommended probiotics be given along with antibiotics and OptiBac ... I ordered one pack as a trial and recently used it when he was on amoxycillin syrup ... It helped regulate his bowel movement and surprisingly kept his appetite going despite the antibiotic effects ... Highly recommend it and OptiBac as their service is fast and reliable.

Rubbish systems and delivery - avoid !

I have been a regular user of Achica for the past few months but keeping in mind the reviews here , was buying items that honestly weren't a dire necessity . The deliveries take forever and on 2 occassions we have received items smashed to bits - to think a company as large as this will understand that a pair of latte glasses should not be sent via royal mail in a foam packet ! I introduced a lot of friends to the website and have yet to receive the vouchers promised. The vouchers I did receive were on account of missed deliveries as apologies and everytime I tried to use them, they system rejected them . On contacting Achica, I was informed that the website has some problems and they were going through a change . After multiple emails with the customer care, I was informed that the new website/ system had blocked me off by accident and so none of my transactions over the last month had materialised into actual orders !! I had email receipts for those items which were apparently 'wrong' and 'shouldn't have come to me' in the first place . Imagine my surprise when after having waited for a month for some of the items, I was told that the orders hadn't even gone through and now that the promotions were over - tough luck ! In general avoid - I have noticed that quite a few of their promotions are actually cheaper on amazon if you do a proper search before buying !
