Parts missing
After having a bad experience with another shower enclosure online supplier decided to go with Bath Empire. All went well until the plumber started erecting the shower enclosure, have two parts missing which are really important. They are going to send them out on a next day delivery but am really fed up that these aren't checked before they are shipped. I was told them import the shower enclosures from China but would it really take that long to make sure all the relevant parts are in the box. I now have to send the plumber away who has other work to go to and won't be back for ages. Not helpful and very costly as I will have to pay for another plumber to come in and erect the shower when the missing part arrives. I will never buy anything like this again online, a very costly mistake. Called customer services to make sure they were sending the parts and to check I would get them the following day as I have to make sure I get the plumber in to complete the job. I was told they could be with me tomorrow or the following day. I have called customer services in total four times within as many hours as I still hadn't had confirmation of when the parts would be sent out. I am very disappointed after having spoken with Duncan as he said he would personally go to dispatch to find out for me and call me back - he didn't. After an hour I called again to be told he was on the phone and a message would be left for him to call, but again he didn't . It appears I just missed the postal slot for the next day delivery and it is going out first class and will be with me Wednesday. The customer service support is not great and I shouldn't have had to call so many times to find out when the missing parts are going to be sent.

Not as bad as initially thought
I left a harsh review on this company over a week ago and it appears I do have to eat my words! They have stayed in touch regarding the refund process and have been nothing short but a delight to communicate with. The refund, as promised has been paid in full back into my bank account. As there has been a swift process I would buy from them again.
Great networking site
Linkedin has been very useful indeed in setting up and meeting potential new and like minded business people. I like the fact it is for professional people only and not a chat based site.

Best shopping site in the world
You can keep ebay, I love Amazon. I have always found a great bargain on this site and there is usually a variety of delivery options which include the illusive free ones. I would be very hard pushed to find anything wrong with this site. I have only had one instance when a delivery didn't arrive and Amazon put a replacement straight into the post, no argument. Keep up the good work.

Quality and speedy delivery
I was fed up being ripped off buying specific pet foods not too mention the hassle of going out to find it so was delighted when I found the required products on medic animal. The products are very well priced and the free delivery is fabulous, I hope they continue to offer this. All in all, I save money and recieve the goods very quickly indeed, would certainly recommend this company and have done.
