IF YOU WANT TO RETURN ANY ITEM BACK TO SUPERFI AFTER SHOPPING ONLINE... YOU HAVE TO SORT OUT THE POSTAGE! HIFI EQUIPMENT IS HEAVY! THIS COSTS BIG MONEY JUST TO SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO THEM!!
Ordered a table & chairs early april, took Argos 55 days to deliver! Charged £8.95 for delivery, which they have since refunded. Items were delivered by the biggest tw*t i've met in along time, some kind of wannabe geezer. Awful ape of a bloke, hasn't worked out how to use a doorbell yet... as he's more than happy to try and smash your door in! Then when you open your door, which must have the blood of his knuckles on. All you get is Argos shouted in your face!! REAL NICE!! Returned the tables & chairs as they were damaged!! And guess who came to pick them up? Same tw*t as before, same stinking attitude and just as rude...
I'll be choosing the reserve & collect option next time!!
How hard is it? They get a parcel with an address and deliver it to that address. NO NOT THESE COWBOYS!! If your out, at work or not home. They will leave your parcel, your paid for goods with anyone that opens their front door to them. They received no instructions to leave my parcels with anyone else. But now i'm like a nosey neighbour knocking on peoples doors trying to find them. 2 different parcels, 2 different delivery drivers and the same problem! It cleary states on DPD sorry we missed card that they will try again on the next working day. So why have they not put the parcels back on the van and returned them to the depot? Also they seem to have a very strange system in place where their own delivery drivers can sign for your parcel and then leave it where they choose... The great parcel hunt continues, with many angry phone calls and ranting emails! I'll be using the collect from instore option next time!!
What a shocking service! Ordered food on the 10/03/12. Awful food delivered, complained to the restaurant, refund agreed... 5 emails, 3 phone calls to just-eat and still no refund as agreed! Now they have offered a voucher for the amount spent, why would you want to use this service again when it's that hard to get your money back! The struggle continues... 26/03/12
