I just want to let you know that Im very disapoint of the order you delivered from me to a special girlfriend. I look the catalog on the internet and amoung all the options I decided http://www.fleurqueensgate.co.uk/catalog/product.xml?product_id=2527488;category_id=4 the pastel teacup and saucer arrangement with flowers that you described. If you are not going to be able to do it, why you dont send to me an email to make me decide for another option. I have chosen this one because it was a special meaning for my girlfriend and me and I saw something different from the standar options. If i want to send an arrangement on a standar basket with what ever spring flower I decided from many of them you have in your catalog. Im glad I dindnt order a set with a pink Orchid, that was also in my options because my girlfrind like them a lot, because maybe instead of orchid you will send a set with 3 red roses. If you are not going to send what you offer you your customers, dont offer that or at least contact us. I pay you online and you receive the money isnt it? did you receive in your acount UK pounds isnt it? how ever I pay with canadian dollars. Think if you order on the internet a blue pair of shoes and you receive a pair of red sandals? how will you feel?
