The original order was not delivered on Mother's Day as requested and paid for. I e-mailed and asked what had happened. You never acknowledged my e-mail. On Monday, someone phoned to say they realised it had not been delivered and that you could deliver it 2 days late (Tuesday). I agreed for that to happen. It did not get delivered. I phoned again (Charlotte)and she said that it would be delivered next day (Wednesday) and that she would speak to florist herself to confirm. There was no delivery and I had a phone message on my answerphone (Michaela) at home asking if I wanted it delivered(!) I did not get this message until I got home in the evening so no flowers were delivered.
So I phoned Interflora again (Weds), and "Chelsea" said she would raise a new order, would credit my money and would speak to me at work to confirm that the order had been received. Next day,I did not get any phone-call at work to confirm, so I phoned Interflora again and was told by "Asha" it had been delivered and that they had omitted to let me know....
When it was finally delivered, I asked my mother if the florist had apologised for the whole sorry saga and she said no, not at all....which leaves me even more mad, as I think the flowers she received were just the original order and not even anything more special....and not even an apology to her!
