Can't you answer my emails?!

On Feb 3rd I bought a couple items from LinkDelight. I've been emailing them ever since trying to get my tracking number. Aparently my order hasn't been shipped yet.
I've sent them a bunch of emails but I get no answer at all!
Really frustrating experience!

I´ve just sent you another email with my order number. As soon as I get my order I´ll update here. Please let me know if my order has been shipped already.

Final outcome:
I just received my items. The whole mess was due to the Chinese New Year and the lack of comunication during their holidays. Fortunatelly, they were very helpful when they got back to work and I received everything in my home a couple weeks after.
