We ordered gifts for our friends using Debenhams gift list service. After several iterations of refunds, hour long 'phonecalls (to the online and store based services) we thought the gifts were secured and all was well. After the wedding our friends have had huge difficulties with all of their gifts - some didn't arrive, many were broken or incomplete etc.. Much the same as us they were passed from operator to operator unable to complain or get answers. Completely dreadful from a brand we thought we could trust - Will never buy from them again.
