I am extremely disappointed with the Interflora service. I used interflora thinking they were a good reputable company to order flowers from, but my recent experience has put me off ever buying flowers from them again.
I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day. The flowers were supposed to come in a ceramic vase, and in a gift box. When my mum received the flowers, the box was completely ruined, it looked like it had been dropped and should have been replaced before it was delivered. The delivery person was also quite rude and basically shoved the box in her hand and walked off. The vase inside was cracked in several places. The flowers looked nothing like their picture on the website, and they looked old. Needless to say, they didn't last long at all and it was a waste of money.
Customer service was not helpful when I rang up to find out what had happened.
