i bought some sony headphones , they broke within a couple of weeks
i sent them back (using the nice cans pre paid label) and asked for a replacement set
that was 2 months ago , i'm still waiting for a reply despite numerous emails and calls . i can never get through on their phone lines you leave a message but no one calls /emails you back
