Tel to confirm they could next day delivery the order - advised yes for 2 of 3 items. Advised best way to order was via the internet - did so a few minutes later. Waited the next day and checked progress of order online - when noted it hadn't shipped I telephoned - advised that there are cut off times for each item, and all payments take a hour to clear and so order was too late. Explained that I had telephoned and specifically asked if they could deliver and the sales person had checked stock and advised "yes" - they agreed it was wrong and that they had wasted my time (I had cancelled another appt to be here for delivery) and apologised - wow. They lie and waste my time but think an apology makes up for it. When I asked to speak to a Director I was told they have a policy where directors don't speak to customers !! Great - we pay for their business and salaries and they don't even wish to speak to customers. Absolutely appalling service and customer service - would rather pay more and get the item when I want and have better service. I asked how I could get a negative comment on their website customer comments - advised they wouldn't do that - only positive ones are put on website. Misleading your customers !! Had to give at least 1 star - they deserve none !
