Purchased some cctv cameras and was given 1-5 day delivery time. It’s now been 3 weeks and counting still no sign of delivery.
After numerous calls and e-mails to customer services all I got was hollow apologies and broken promises.
I’m now fed up and have asked for a full refund, but have been told to wait 3-5 days for that!
If anyone from Airetech IT reads this review my order number was 4528 look into it and get it sorted, because this is no way to treat customers or run a business!
