My experience with Dreams is the same as the majority below (the exception being Clare from Staffordshire).
Total lack of professionalism, total disregard for customer service, failure to acknowledge that you can't promise a customer an important furniture item (a bed!) on a particular day and not bother to inform them that the item selected is now out of stock and no idea when it will be in stock. No sorry, no attempt to put things right and a horrible experience from start to finish. I'd like to stress here that the staff at the Finchley branch could really benefit from both sales and customer service training or perhaps a different job! Particularly the manager!!!
If you're considering using Dreams, I STRONGLY suggest you take your custom elsewhere. I have and the difference in customer service is phenomenal!!
