Service variable, customer service and technical help a real pain!
When it works, great! When it does'nt oh dear, many frustrating call to India and still not sorted!!!!!!!!!!! Sadly, most call centres are not Britain based and I have to say B.T. could be better than most. Why do we have to select "you want to leave us" before we get the service we expect?

Good shopping experience, very good quality produce and excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, everyone is nice to speak to in store. Pricing is good and own brand products second to none!!

Shame that the trusted company chose to have a central call centre!
Have traded with J Lewis for over 30 years as their service was second to none. Sadly that is no longer the case, they now have a central call centre which is very frustrating to use at best, bordering on intolerable at worst. When it was possible to speak to stores direct and departments within the store, information was reliable now, the call centre staffing is so poor that I have chosen to shop elsewhere as information given to me is both inaccurate and lacking in expertise.
I have been told that items are not stocked however, when visiting stores found those items are available to buy and they have never been unavailable. Perhaps J Lewis is resting on it's laurels, that can't last forever!

Got old Mobile 'phones in a drawer? Sell them to Mazuma, instant cash.
Heard about Mazuma from a friend, thought I'd have a go! Sorted through my drawer, 7 old mobile 'phones almost forgotten about, needing to be recycled or thrown away. Contacted Mazuma via their web page, detailed the brand, model and serial number. Almost instantly got a valuation, pressed to sell and the very next day pre-paid bags arrived in which to send back the 'phones. Posted at 3.15pm and amazingly, the next day the monies were credited to my bank account mid-day, I chose the direct payment method. Highly recommended way to sell unwanted 'phones.
