Parcel arrived and I could not believe the size of the box in context with the size of nesspresso packaging. On opening it became clear as each pod is individually packed .
The coffee itself is of fine flavour and we think is stronger than nespresso, however the plastic pod takes more effort to break in the machine and the slow pour rate is a bit of a pain.

I ordered a bathroom suite and was given a delivery date to be changed a few days later by yourselves. So - Dear customer I have arranged the fitting of your new loo for ---date while you are away on holiday so as not to inconvenience you. Try explaining to a rather selective customer that the goods that I had ordered and arranged a fitting date could not be kept. Sorry VP I will be using one of your competitors who keep their promises and delivery dates in future.
Want your product when they say it will be delivered then go to Appliances Online rather than be sitting around all day on the date specified by Currys. Phoned 5,30 Saturday in the evening to see where it was and was told "two more drops sir and you are the last of the day" . Never appeared, and when I phoned on the Monday to see where it was I was told it was out of stock. How can something be on a van one day for delivery and then out of stock two days later.

a styish radiator with good output at a great price, sensible delivery price as well . I had an item delivered a week before by another company which was a tenth of the weight and four times the delivery cost of yourselves. Well done, hope to use you again soon.
