Website has no contact number for customer service so if you need an answer to a specific question that isn't in their FAQ, or need to contact them when things go wrong, best forget it and just tear your hair out.
The so-called 'Live' chat thing is often dead so you'll have to google their number, trawl through various forums where others are complaining about them, and then you'll probably find only an 0871 number.
However, www.saynoto0870.com lists their alternative landline numbers (it's a great site that saves you paying through the nose to contact companies on premium numbers) as 01204 488907(cus service), 01204 387908, and 01204 488900 (Head Office).
I booked a collection for delivery to Spain. Listed on parcel2go as a TNT service. When it hadn't happened by late in the day, unable yet to find a number for parcel2go, I contacted the TNT depot listed on the despatch document, although it didn't list the telephone number, unsurprisingly. TNT had no details of the collection through parcel2go. Later, a young guy came to collect the parcel, driving an unmarked saloon car. No idea where he came from. Can't wuite believe that TNT use unmarked cars to do collections?
Yet to know if the parcel has arrived at its destination.
Won't use parcel2go again! There are other companies with customer service and just as good prices.

First Order - Website had difficulty adding things to trolley ...then crashed dumping the lot. Wasted an hour!
Second Order (approx £150) - Managed to finish ordering and had it confirmed for early morning delivery. Delivery never arrived. Called to ask why and was told they had problems with my card ( a new one) and been trying to phone me. They'd been using the wrong phone number although they had the correct one in my account details. Wouldn't deliver later same day. Wasted hours!
Third order. (£140) Arrived on time. Mistakes on bill.Unsurprisingly, more charged on my bill than shown on website. Short-dated fresh products - some with Use By dates of tomorrow!
Took 22 minutes waiting on the phone to get a refund of a couple of quid! No way to request it online as with Tesco. Told that fresh chilled products, where no indication of life is given, may just have one day!!!!
Beware of short Use By dates.
Beware of prices actually charged. Difficult to check as they don't show any offer prices you might have availed of when they confirm your order, so you have to go back and check website against your actual bill when goods arrive. Timewasting!
Have to phone them to request refunds. Tesco does it online.
No confirmation of refunds is sent. You have to check your card statements later.
Dreadful time-wasting online shopping experience.
I hate to have to say it, but Tesco beats them hands down on price, customer service and ease of using their website. As does Ocado.
Delighted with stool. Communications from Atlantic were excellent. I was given a precise time slot for next day delivery - and it actually arrived then. No hanging around all day waiting. Atlantic could teach most internet companies, including the big household names, a thing or two about customer service.
I have no hesitation in recommending Atlantic.
