Excellent Service EVERY Time!

This is the fourth time I have had to use CashNetUSA for a loan & I ALWAYS get outstanding service from them! I have had to call in a few times, & other times I have been able to speak with them through the online chat feature, & every single time, they are kind, helpful, & thorough. They answer every question, they have extended my loans several times without additional fees (maybe because I tend to take out the maximum amount each time, or maybe because I stay in touch with them & let them know when I'm struggling to pay the loan back), & I am offered new loan fee discounts all the time.

I really feel that this company deserves more credit than they get. I have read many things about them being a scam & they are NOT scammers. They have high loan fees because their service is impeccable, & because they provide such quick & efficient cash advance. It doesn't all have to be done online, either. If you are struggling, call them or chat with them via the chat feature & tell them the problems. They always help! For example, the last loan I took out, I had to take $1800, so the fees brought the owed amount to something like $2253 and change. I paid the interest on the 1st of the next month because that's when my pension check comes in, but I couldn't afford to pay the $1800 back in one payment, nor could I afford to have another several hundred dollars in fees. I called them & they were kind enough to waive the extra fee & just split the $1800 in half over the next two pay dates (which had to be the 2nd Wednesday of the month, when I get social security benefits, and the 1st of the month, when I get pension). Being on a fixed income is tough, but when I'm in a bind, CashNetUSA helps me out. Just be good to them & they'll be good to you.
