hard to communicate

We had a hard time getting answers when we asked questions. The order took several days to complete. Never was notified that the shipment was picked up or that the payment went through. Never received an invoice. Not sure if the order is correct or if the shipment will arrive in a timely manner. So far it is one week late but not sure whose fault that is. I will not have any option on the workmanship or quality of items until they arrive. Not a bad experience, just a little complicated.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the time delays between the UK and the USA it's not always easy to communicate, however we answered all your emails in a timely manner. The shipping timescale is out of our control as your company arranged this directly. An invoice was emailed several weeks ago, we would be pleased to send another copy if you have not received it.
