Setting up the broadband was a nightmare! The first order did not go through and none of the TalkTalk customer support representatives seemed to be bothered to contact me and let me know. So, I call them again after 2 weeks to check what's going on, my order is late. The order (for some unknown reason) was cancelled. Then, I put a new order through, the broadband supposed to be running within 2 weeks. It didn't. Again, I had to call them and figure out what is going on. The answer was: 'due to technical problem, your broadband will be activated within 3 weeks'. I spent hours on the phone with them, I had to explain the same story all over and over again. The managers didn't call back, as promised etc. In total, I had to wait over 2 months to get the broadband active! I do not recommend TalkTalk to anyone. It's been a very bad experience.
