I ordered an extra large bouquet of flowers the night before Mother's Day requesting for them to be delivered the next morning before 12pm. The next day at about 11am I received a phone call from Interflora detailing that the florist did not have enough of the specific flowers in order to create my bouquet. I told them not to worry and for the Florist to have full creative control with the guidelines of it being 'immaculate and beautiful' and to be delivered before 12pm. About 20 minutes later I received a message from my husband saying the flowers had arrived and they were the most beautiful bouquet he and the family had ever seen. Later that day I received a phone call from my mother in law stating how she'd never seen a bouquet so incredible before and how it was filled with all her favourite flowers. My husband sent me a picture of them and they completely exceeded my expectations -- they looked even better than the extra-large bouquet I was expecting to order! The florist had gone the extra mile to add lilies, orchids, and many other flowers in a beautifully creative way. The flowers really meant a lot to me, especially as I couldn't be there with the family on mother's day.
