Excellent customer service - FAST postage

I've been buying my supplements here for a couple of years now and it's always been a great option. Everything arrives in just a couple of days, customer service is excellent, prices could be better but fortunately you can always use your money off point if you have. Well done bodykind!

I probably won't be using them again

Delivery was within a week which is more or less what I expected, fortunately I wasn't in a rush. What I didn't like was that I never got any update on my order, that's something I really don't like whenever I shop online. 3 days since I ordered and I haven't received nor the item nor any email updating me on my order status. That means I have to either call them or email them to find out what's going on, I don't like to have to do that, and if I had an online business I'd make sure I keep my customers updated at all times.
Anyway the extensions I bought are of very poor quality unfortunately. They were in sale so I didn't expect them to be great, but they were much worse than expected. So I don't think I'll buy from then again.


Perfect service and perfect product

I bought a remote control helicopter for my boyfriend's birthday. It was delivered to me in a couple of days, and gave it to my boyfriend who absolutely loves it.



Waste of my time due to false advertising, incompetence and terrible customer service.

I ordered for the first time just one item. It arrived within a few days, more or less as expected. The product's seal was broken. I contacted them via email to report this. They told me they'd send me another one, together with a prepaid envelope to return the broken sealed one. the replacement product, although sent first class, arrived in 5 working days. Alfter a few days I received the new item. When I was first using it, I suddenly realized it was not organic, as advertised (I'm talking about Green Bay organic manuka honey). I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed it was not organic anymore. I told superfood and again, I had to wait for them to send me the prepaid envelope, then send the item back and finally get refunded. All in all a HUGE waste of time for me. And the customer service could'nt bea more careless.

I just wanted to send them the item and get my refund so I never have to deal with them again. And I won't!
