Fantastic service all round - really impressed with the quality of the climbing frame and so the durability. It was easy to construct, it had a clear and picture based manual plus It was delivered really quickly with by a helpful 2 man service.

The Shipping instructions sent to me with my invoice suggested that I just check the slide before signing for the delivery, which i did and by removing from its bag as instructed by Climbing Frames UK. It seconds and I am glad I did as I noticed a scratch that clearly happened in the delivery truck. I marked this on the drivers note and had a replacement delivered FREE the next day.

Now the set is constructed we can honestly say it was a "best buy" I have recommended this company to all my friends.
