Never use this company!

Parcel2go.com are the worst courier ever! Take my advise and don't use them. They lose things, tracking numbers are wrong etc etc etc
When I spoke to their customer service they advised me to avoid Hermes who they called unreliable in spite of the fact they promote them! They never apologise and have left one of my customers 5 days waiting for a collection and have lost things. They have cost me and my company a lot of money through lost trade. Want a better service-take your parcel yourself! It's quicker and more reliable!
