Bought a slow cooker in January, paid for it by Paypal and i thought that was it, never received the item and forgot about it until l saw they had taken my money out of the bank, l got in touch with Groupon who told me l had to redeem my voucher with James Russell l didn't know how to do this so l was sent back and forth by e-mail giving them codes and different numbers until in the end l said no more l would take it further, got in touch with Paypal but my 45 days were up so l couldn't claim, that's why they had me doing all the e-mailing wasting my time until the 45 days was up. Going back to Groupon they told me no refund and no item, l can't believe they can do this, it's daylight robbery, l know it was probably my fault for not redeeming the voucher but l had never bought from them before and when l got my receipt from Paypal thought that was all l had to do. A nice way to get money isn't it? I intend to report them to Trading Standards they shouldn't be allowed to get away with the things they are doing,
I love Paypal, I know if I pay with them them I am safe buying online, I have told all my friends and family to get accounts with them before they buy online. I had a dispute on e-bay and couldn't believe how quickly they sorted it out for me, am very impressed and would definitely recommend.
Sent away for my order, and was surprised how fast they delivered it, good price as well. Wish they would make the tablets tasty for the cats, I eventually got them to take them, but got bit and scratched in the process, but apart from that would definitely recommend MedicAnimal and have told my friends about them.
Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
