Product good, delivery poor!

Having been told to expect a "9-5" delivery, the lorry didn't arrive until 6:45pm! The driver was due to call to advise approximate time but hadn't called by 5 so I rang the delivery company to be told he was still "over an hour away!". When he did arrive, it was 1 guy in a tail-lift lorry trying to man-handle a pallet of 40+ slabs with a pallet truck. He could barely move the load & struggled to just get it off the lorry & off the pavement onto the drive!

Dear Ian,

We will raise your issues regarding delivery time with our courier company, however the delivery method is our standard service as shown on our website FAQs and as part of the terms that you agreed to when ordering. We do not usually encounter any difficulties with this method when goods are delivered to kerbside, although the driver may have struggled in getting the goods onto your driveway which is beyond the usual service offered.
