Why? I ordered a bunch of plastic forage bins, one of which was damaged, I assume in transit but there was no visible damage on the box. Now alll the good reviews you read about any supplier are only really valuable if they had a problem and they explain how they dealt with it. 2 days later I had a replacement and so I went back or more.
They replied to my reported problem within a day, apologised even though it was probably in transit.
Customer service is clearly important to them. It is to me!
