We always use ADM they are always reliable and competitive. Only problem for us is the dispatch keeps being sent to one contact at our office despite us using various names. We have a large office and we have to hunt for our package, however we have been told this is UKMail's error not advantage's.
We are loyal and will continue to use ADM in future.
On numerous occasion we have had them deliver to us for various companies and because 'once' they had a name as delivery at our company, now they send every delivery to this lady even though we have ordered in various other names. Many jobs have gone missing due to ukmail putting wrong contact name on consignment.
We are a large company so cannot expect to go searching for deliveries.
Haven't received the items I purchased even though I have chased the company via email and explained I have not received items. I ended up having to purchase from else where. Company didn't offer any solution, other ask me for my address again.
Very disappointed and still no refund!
