I ordered a Caxton display cabinet on 19/03/12 and was told the delivery will be on 5/04/12. As I did not get any notification for the delivery the day before, I called them and was told they couldn't do the delivery on 05/04/12 as there's a system error. Then I was told they would do the delivery on 11/04/12. Again, as I got no information on the delivery day, I called them and was told they couldn't deliver on 11/04/12 and will do on 12/04/12. On 12/04/12, I got a phone call from the deliver and was told the cabinet was booked in error, actually there was no such cabinet at their Delivery Depot they could deliver to me. What a mess! Completely outrageous! Where is my cabinet? How can people trust such terrible company? !
I ordered a Caxton Lincoln Display Cabinet. They always replied my inquiry emails promptly. I told them we were not available on the delivery day they'd arranged. Then they sent out the delivery in the early morning well before we went to work. What hard working people ! We really appreciate the efforts Worldstore made for us.
