I had the Adaptil diffuser delivered to my office address and gave my name and department on the delivery address details.
The diffuser did arrive in 3 working days, but it had been packed in a jiffy bag with no additional packing and did not have my name or department name on the outside. The office post room had opened the bag to try and identify the recipient and luckily the delivery note had my name on it.
When I finally received it, it had therefore been opened and had obviously suffered a bit in the post as the box was squashed and come open. Fortunately the diffuser was undamanged.
The packaging and identification of the item was inadequate and spoilt the otherwise easy ordering and quick delivery service.
