Update on previous review
Thank you <private data removed> for sorting out the issue I had previously commented on (which seems to have been removed)
Brand new (working) machine arrived as promised and I very much appreciated the extras included!!
Great customer service - will definitely use again & I guess my previous (less than good) experience was simply a glitch in your normal service!!

Slight hiccup but very helpful
My first order with Paperstone arrived quickly but highlighted an error (made by me!) A quick phone call & a solution was found to replace the incorrect item quickly.
The hiccup came when the replacement arrived & wasn't what I had ordered or what was on the delivery note - just human error I guess in the packing dept.
Again a quick call and I received a returns number & the next day a courier arrived with the correct item & took away the incorrect one.
So a little hiccup in what was a very easy ordering process. No problem recommending them & will use again!
