APPAULING SERVICE

Incompetent, a parcel was due to be delivered to my address on a set date, I waited in all day and it was not delivered but they same an attempt was made. They then tried to deliver the next day and the same thing happened. I then paid for a redelivery to another address (cheek that they charge when they haven't done their job in the first place) and then it was delivered to a completely wrong address! Also when trying to complain I was given 4 different numbers, being passed from pillar to post with no one having the right information. DO NOT USE!!
